The gap between “talent” and “impact” is misunderstood in sports.
Every team has talented players.
Not every team has impact players. Impact players are much harder to find.

I’m so tired of all this bullshit with college sports.
Sure, the NCAA screwed up by not allowing this class another year back in February.
But this class also got the best 4 years financially of any in college history.
We just need some basic rules. And soon.
Either have all these Class of 2022 kids eligible or none of them. But this back and forth - the only people who are winning right now are the lawyers.
Coach Chad retweeted
"When I know I've practiced a move or a shot a million times, I feel more confident and I can play freely."
Confidence is earned.

Thank You, @NCAA!
Still have a few pressing things to address, but thank you nonetheless!!

"There were days I cried after practice wondering if I truly deserved to be there."
One year later, @kaiyarainnn is an All-Rookie selection, one of the Metro's top rebounders, and just getting started.

"The days you don't feel like it are the days that count the most."
That mindset helped @Cesci11 become one of the nation's top freshmen.
Now healthy and embracing a new leadership role, she's ready for what's next ⬇️
