Negativity that goes unaddressed doesn’t go away. It grows. One person can’t make a team, but one person can break a team. That’s why great teams have the difficult conversations. They address the elephants in the room. They tell the truth. They don’t allow negativity to sabotage the mission. The goal isn’t to get rid of people who are struggling. It’s to transform the energy. Energy vampires welcome. Expect to be transformed.

The culture written on the wall must be lived by the people walking down the hall.
