Club soccer in 🇺🇸 90% Recruitment 10% Development Just a small shift in those numbers would have a seismic impact.

Don’t be fooled - Youth ⚽️ isn’t evolving w/the creation of new leagues. When a league “higher” up the pyramid starts a new league beneath it, clubs from “lesser” leagues just absorbed. We just have a new acronym. For youth ⚽️ to truly evolve, player & coach ed needs to improve

There are two types of youth coaches - positive and negative. Positive coaches know a hard working and dedicated player will improve given the right support and resources Negative coaches would rather recruit a better player than attempt to improve the player they current have.

Clubs having tryouts for 2025/26 (high school, so starting in November) before the 2025 spring season has even begun. We're a few egos and insecure coaches away from club soccer completely eating itself.
