In girls basketball, is the logo becoming more important than the role?
Would you choose limited minutes on a major shoe-circuit team or a starting role on an independent team?
Players, parents, college coaches: Which puts a player in a better position—and why?

When choosing an AAU team, ask yourself one question:
Am I joining a team where the coach is going to TEACH me, DEVELOP me, and make me a better basketball player?
Or am I joining a team where the coach is just a really good salesman who recruited the best 8–10 players and rolls the ball out?
There’s a BIG difference between recruiting talent and developing talent.
Don’t just chase the best team. Find the best environment to GET BETTER.
Development > Winning.

As many know, I’m a proponent of not offering until spring/summer between soph and junior year at the very earliest and this is a major reason as to why.
Girls had a great time at the College Basketball Prospect ID Showcase today! #Phee
