Most people misunderstand Positive Leadership. They think it means being nice… keeping everyone happy… avoiding the hard stuff. That’s not it. ✅ Positive Leaders believe in their people more than their people believe in themselves. ✅ They face negativity head-on, but they turn complaints into solutions. ✅ They invest in the root: the people, the culture, the habits, because that’s what grows lasting success. Positive Leadership is courageous. It’s contagious. It transforms teams. And the truth is… anyone can choose it. It starts with you. Lead from the inside-out. What’s one thing you do as a leader that makes your team stronger?

Heck of a year for MBU men’s and women’s tennis 🙌 Both teams came up short in the championship… However the men set the record in a season for wins with 16 (it was 15) and the women tied the record of 14 wins. #SpartanUp🎾
