Quitting culture running rapid thru high school sports. when things get hard kids are starting to look for the nearest exit. I think it’s our jobs as the adults to guide them through that adversity. I think schools need to have a process in place before a kid can simply just quit
Confirmed.
McMahon is debating to cancel the remainder of their football season. Per an inside source, enough players have quit that there were only 10 players at a practice this week.
Between injuries and kids leaving the program they may canceled their season.

Most will view this as stupid idiotic coach, zero emotional intelligence however watch the player look him in the eye and shake his head yes sir. Good players want held to a certain standard regardless what society may tell us.

Coaching the average MS/HS athlete how to properly squat 10 years ago was a lot easier than it is today.
I will also throw skipping, hopping, push ups etc.. into the mix.
Its wild how many MS/HS kids have Coordination, mobility restrictions.
We live in an era with skill development being shoved into kids faces 24/7 all while BASIC Physical literacy baselines are not being met.
Then we ask ourselves why injury rates are going up.
