It’s a potential 14-point turnaround to end the half, as @Utica_Football was 4th & Goal from the @CortlandFB 2, and Nazair Jean-Lubin gets the 99-yard Pick-Six for the Red Dragons 28-7 Halftime lead. Cortland receives the 2nd half kickoff. @D3FBHuddle #d3fb @Empire8

Practice your tempo before you see it.
Coach Jack Mrozinski explains how SUNY Cortland builds high-tempo periods into practice every week, even when they may not see tempo for weeks.
The goal is to prepare players to play fast and communicate without coaches leading every conversation.

Make them play left-handed.
Know what an offense wants to do, stop it with your base, then tweak and attack when needed.
And before getting to the third-down plan, win first and second down.
