8 Realities of a High School Coach
1. It will consume you
2. There will be critics
3. You are not in it for the $
4. There is no overnight success
5. You need a supportive spouse
6. You will not make everyone happy
7. You can’t want it more than the kids
8. It is still WORTH it!
Versatile big guy! #TrenchWarrior

Last night, the referees kept telling my OL to stop being so aggressive and excessive with their blocks.
I work hard to establish a standard with my guys: Finish every single play!
I’m not telling my guys to ease up. We’re going to play physical, finish blocks, and compete through the whistle!!
If the defensive guys don’t like it, they can work to get off the blocks. That’s football.

Been getting a ton of questions on price and who built ours. Are coaches under paid (YES) but they are also over worked! 5am practices and late nights bec of new rules. @AccuSteel @Symmetry_Sports @uiltexas @THSCAcoaches @GameOne_USA @HispanicTXHSFB
