Will be a good game if Wallabies can bring that form from the breakdown against the springboks #bledisloe #rugby #allblacks #wallabies

On this day 7 years ago we did a thing in Melbourne Australia #ufc #mma

Who you got? #nrl

Pick one and focus on it #strengthandconditioning

This is nonsense. If anyone hip drops this is now the minimum penalty. There was no malicious intent in it at all. Phoenix Crossland should be playing the grand final, the fact the @NRL handed that is silly.

That’s all it takes… do it small and do it really well. #coachsunz #training

Well that was an interesting game. 11 v 15, mid game phone calls. It had it all #rugby #wallabies #springboks

Is it just me of the stream bad for the All Whited vs China game.

Lots of people use the word high performance and start over complicating things. Their mind goes into a world wind of XYZ actions when in reality it’s doing what you set out as a group to do. It’s living by those actions that your group set and doing them really really well.

Got to keep it 💯 not everything goes to plan or the way you saw it unfolding and that’s ok. The important thing is you keep going until you get what you want.. Story of my life, nothing just landed on my feet for me. I won some, lost a lot, tried again.

Great test series by two of the most dominant forces in world rugby. Both end the series in a good place with lots to work on leading towards World Cup 2027. #rugby #springboks #allblacks

Our run at the @FIFAWorldCup has come to an end. Would have loved to have pushed through to the knockout stages but that’s sport, it’s a brutal place but beautiful at the same time. Until next time. 🫡 #fifa #football
