ALT It is with great sadness that Fusion Arts announces the death of our Chair, Peter McQuitty. Peter had been a member of our board for over 3 years, and in December stepped up to lead the Board. He brought with him his considerable experience after years of leadership as Head of Policy, Communications and Culture at Oxford City Council. His passion for arts and equality, social and environmental justice also saw him taking leading roles in other local cultural organisations and charities. He had so much enthusiasm and a love of life that was felt in his commitment to East Oxford and the arts across Oxfordshire. He was a joy to work with, and his understanding of how important it is to make the arts accessible to all informed everything he did. He will be much missed, and we send much love and sympathy to his partner Colette on her loss. We are exploring ways of marking and continuing his legacy.
