i have no time to maintain all my vibe coded tools
we need a business model where someone else maintains the code and i just pay a monthly fee
learn from the best in the biz and from one guy that only talks about cloudflare
Join gtmcafe.com to have this experience
I know it sounds too good to be true
But it will really change your life if you are a GTM person or just trying to figure out how to use AI in sales and not sound like a robot
You will learn about cloudflare
Cursor
Clay
Etc etc.
it's a group I joined maybe 2 years ago after meeting @Kellen_the_man and it has actually changed my life
Got my current job from someone in there and we even invested in a biz run by someone in the group
Completely agree with Ben on this.
I think another point to make is this takes experience and just time in seat to even start to grasp the when and why on many of those levers.
Tech forward sales leaders that saw the shift are in a good position

i didn't say i was necessarily including myself in this pool :)
but
to me gtm engineering is a mid/senior level role that needs:
- marketing taste
- bizops/systems design
- rudimentary coding/understanding of deployment
- product management skills
- stakeholder management
- knowing what closes deals and what "leads" one should even be generating
so really you need high agency generalist with a little bit of
- AE
- dev
- product
- marketing
- sdr
- revops
i mean
the number of people out there who have those skills and actually understand when to use which one is tiny
im being hyperbolic when i say 20. but not very hyperbolic.
the number of folks doing all these things in prod is also very tiny. lots of people running high volume email or just gtm systems. few people doing anything below middle of funnel or actually marrying all of these roles holistically.
anything below TOFU seems to be going to ai pilled revops operators which makes sense but i see almost no one pointing these skills at sales management
Some of the best founders and most successful people I’ve ever worked with do not post on social.
In fact, I find that the ones that spend a lot of time on social just have what I consider a lifestyle gig.
Let me tell you a story about @ways2wellX and how I now look like a dumbass to my wife with one of the worst experiences I’ve ever seen with a business.
I heard @ferrisbuhler81 on a podcast about 9ish months ago. He did a really good job selling Ways2well.
I told my wife about it and that she might be interested to get her blood levels checked.
Well, it has been an absolute crap experience since day one with her scheduling her first blood work. For reasons I am not going to explain women have to get their blood work done at a certain point in their cycles.
Ways2Well tells you this after you sign up. So my wife wasn’t actually able to use the service until well after a month into it. When she contacted support to confirm it was clearly a person that wasn’t familiar with this or had any health related experience. The support person said she could get the blood done at anytime. When my wife brought up that Ways2Well says you must get it done at a certain point in your cycle the person was like oh yea, probably should wait then.
Wife got blood work done. Was assigned to a “physician” who barely went over the blood work with her nor did they listen to any of the issues she was experiencing with her health. Prescribed a bunch of supplements she should take.
Wife has been taking them. And honestly, the supplements seem to be helping. A lot of the issues she was having have been regulated.
Well a couple of months ago they sent the wrong supplement. She takes DHEA but they sent DHEA with something I can’t remember in it that they originally said her levels were high with so she shouldn’t take it.

Wife contacted support. Which by the way takes forever to respond to anything. They told the physician and they said it was fine to take even though they originally told her she should not take it.
Well! Guess what. It messed her all up. Shocker!!
So now they fixed that but have her taking double what she was before. Due to this she needs double the product but still send the same amount.
So she contacted the dreaded support and explained. Well they won’t let her get more to cover the increase and don’t seem to understand why. Then, instead of providing a solution, they just closed the support ticket as solved.
The whole experience has been one of the worst I’ve experienced. You can go through my feed and see I am not the type of person that complains.
I’ve told my wife to just tell them this and that we will cut our loses and move to another provider. Which there are many and cheaper that we have got great feedback on.
But she won’t and says she is getting what she pays for but we will not renew and I’ll never recommend @ways2wellX to anyone. Top Tier shit show of a business.
Oh also noticed that @ferrisbuhler81 profile says he is fighting for radical change in the American healthcare system. Sir, I agree, our healthcare system is junk but the experience we have had with @ways2wellX has been even worse.
Get your business in order.
Avaaaaaaaaaaaalanche Goaaaaaaal!
Going to be hearing that a lot moving forward. Today is the day I welcome @RadioMoser and the @AltitudeTV team back into the house. Missed you guys
