I got tired of explaining my agent loop in replies. So I wrote it down.
No agent framework.
The loop is bash, folder names, and gh.
Local model for triage.
Cursor / Claude Code / OpenCode only when there is code to edit.
36 issues from one user on a real POS, closed in that loop. Reviewer → coder → tester → close.

It’s using AI as option to validate, but relies on proven math.

Log agent caught a 500 while I was having a siesta. Coder fixed it.
Stripe had already succeeded. create-payment-intent still returned 500. SlowAPI Response.

Wistakit0 compiled mac-stats against llama.cpp and ran Qwen on an iPhone.
Same app. No cloud model. Qwen 3.5 2B on the phone.

The overnight loop is still on the same bug. Keyboard hints were missing until JavaScript kicked in.
It walked Settings: Discord, Ollama, Redmine, Mastodon, MCP, browser, Cursor, Telegram, Slack. Then Appearance, Credentials, theme list.
v0.1.1380 this morning.
Also landed: the GitHub issue loop now lives in the repo, steered by the agents/ prompts. And systemd units so the same harness is running on my Linux Box now.

Yesterday’s leftover: Perplexity chips were missing on first paint. JavaScript added them later.
Overnight the loop kept going. Same bug, one screen per version.
v0.1.1302 Perplexity. Then Debug Log, AI Chat, Monitors, Top Processes, Disk Cleanup, Agent Ops filters, previews, tab bar.
v0.1.1330 this morning. Agent Ops tab-bar hint is in the theme HTML now, not injected later.
Not new features. It finishes a class of bug, then takes the next screen.

Digester empty. No errors in 180 min. First verify on .1300 stalled; second run passed. App reinstalled both times.
