Last week I had the honor of representing the MemeTic economy of the XRPL and presenting my thesis on Memetism at the Chain of Blocks Summit in Malta, alongside industry players like Xaman, Bithomp, and XRPL Commons. I broke down the scientific & cultural aspects of memes, how they merge into our economy, and their impact on decentralized ecosystems. Here are a few takeaways 🧵

The highest form of intelligence is the capacity to hold the paradox, I am everything, I am nothing. I am everyone and I am me. I feel that there is a truth, and that this is the truth, my truth. But at the same time, it is not the truth, nor is it my truth, nor do I know what the truth is. Yet at the same time, I do have certain certainties. Most people here collapse, and that’s why they cling to one “Ah, this is it, man.” But the capacity to hold all of this without clinging to any of it… I can experience myself in all of these possibilities. So yes you are everything, you are nothing. You are everything. If you are you, you are a field that is expressing itself through you. You are a whole and at the same time you are a set of coordinates space and time that make you up. You are an abstraction, a totality that has become individuation, that has become form. You are a collective that has become an individual. And you are the collective. In the part is the whole, and the whole is in each part. This is how it works. And both are true. You are neither only you, nor are you only the whole. You are the whole expressed through you, and through that expression, you are also $UGA

The people who treat this ecosystem as the end of it all will unconsciously lead you to the slaughter house. People who see this ecosystem as a means to an end will lead you to the new world. Eyes wide open

Market makers possess no creative power of their own. They attach themselves like parasites to creative channels, draining their resources and extracting whatever they understand can serve their mission. It’s incredibly painful to watch your craft get syphoned, your brand identity, art, memetics, lore, everything you’ve poured your heart and soul into. Artists and creators give soul to the chain. Market makers drain it from the chain.

Feels good to be the villain in the stories of so many narcissistic sociopaths.
