In a team, a talented player with a poor attitude is far worse than an average player with a great attitude.
Energy is contagious.

We are on the lookout for Defenders for our AFA side. Ideally Centre Backs but would welcome full backs also.
Please get in touch with ourselves or @BrummieManager via DM⚽️

A practice from Monday’s webinar.
A favourite.
Focus - working as a defensive pair: -
⚽️ Staying close together
⚽️ Which passes to allow - which to deny (make predictable)
⚽️ Anticipating & reading upcoming passes (how)
⚽️ Intercepting (1st touch to ...)
⚽️ Scoring quickly.

Bit later then expected but..
We can confirm we will be having two sides playing next year.
Crown FC and Crown CR
We can confirm Mark Birmingham (former Coldfield Rangers Manager) as our new manager for Crown CR.
Big news and a exciting future for the club 👑❤️

‘Crown CR’ - the ‘CR’ in the name stands for Coldfield Rangers. As the manager was coming over he wanted to bring a little of what his built over the years with Coldfield.

This might be my favourite part from our chat with @persie_official. The advice he gave to his 13 yr old son to take control - and the reaction he got! Relevant to all of us.

35 years ago today Paul Bracewell hit one of the best cross-field passes I’ve ever seen. On the volley, over the full-back to set up Trevor Steven for a fantastic finish.
Goodness gracious me. What a ping, son. What a ping.
Save lives - stay at home. Just because the sun is out doesn’t mean you have to be selfish and leave your house.
If WE ALL do it properly we can all hopefully get back to normality sooner.
