Our #modular project delivering new #teaching spaces at Central Lancaster High School perfectly demonstrates the success of our #MMC turn-key approach. Built off-site before being assembled on the school grounds, the scheme can be delivered quicker & helps minimise disruption.
Following our finely-tuned process, an expert team eagerly awaits delivery of Central Lancaster High's new #modularbuilding, ready for assembly to commence on site. #modularconstruction #modularmanufacturing #modularbuildings #modularsolutions #MMC #offsiteconstruction

Milestone moment. Here's the first of 74 modules to be delivered across both phases of our #modularconstruction project for Central Lancaster High School, making the 16-mile trip from our base in Catterall. #modular #modularmanufacturing #modularbuildings #modularsolutions #MMC
Transferring this £8m #teachingfacility from our #modular factory to site very much relies on some expert manoeuvring skills. A commitment to continued #investment in #mmc means we recently added a new module lifter to our armoury of apparatus, helping make the process seamless.
It's full steam ahead to Central Lancaster High School, where we're delivering a new £8m #teachingfacility. After being precision built in our #modularmanufacturing factory, we've hit a major milestone, with the modules loaded up ready to be delivered to site & craned into place
