Pleased to be able to show my support for @macmillancancer 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their life. That means cancer touches the lives of almost everyone, either through battling the illness themselves or supporting a friend of loved one.

My latest constituency advice surgery will be held tomorrow at 11am in Drumchapel Community Centre.

Tomorrow will be the first joint surgery between @RealMalcolmM and I. We will be coming together to assist constituents with their queries. Whether it's an issue that would be best directed towards your local MSP or your local Councillor, we've got you covered.

Today I had the honour of laying a wreath during the commemoration of V-J Day. An important opportunity to thank those who served and continue to serve, whilst remembering those who made the ultimate sacrifice.

Happy 21st birthday to @CampusYoker It was great to get along and visit the jobs fair and hear more about all the important work Dougie and the team are doing.

I had a poignant visit to the @LordProvostGCC Peace Garden. The LP, my predecessor, Bill Kidd, and others spoke powerfully about the damage that weapons of mass destruction have done to multiple generations. Let's continue to work towards a world that will be free of them.

It was an honour to be invited along to address the @ANYiSO_Glasgow conference today, and help them celebrate their 10 year anniversary. They do so much, from food parcels to ESOL classes, they're committed to providing solutions to challenges faced by members of the community.

Last week I had the opportunity to show my support for @SAMHtweets Little Pink Dot challenge. The challenge encourages individuals to display a visible pink dot as a sign that you will be there for those struggling with their Mental Health.
