Leaning flagstick? If you'd like to leave it in the hole for your putt, you have two options.
1. Center it.
2. Leave it.
Here's the key... if someone else is away and moves the flagstick for their putt, you can put it back in the original leaning position for your putt! ⛳️

Loose impediments and movable obstructions are two categories of items that the Rules of Golf do not consider part of the challenge of playing the game, and therefore they can be moved.
Loose impediments are unattached natural objects such as sticks, leaves, twigs, and blades of grass so long as they are not fixed or growing, solidly embedded in the ground, or sticking to the ball. Movable obstructions are artificial objects that can be moved with reasonable effort such as a water bottle, scorecard, broken tee, trash can, bench, etc.
Loose impediments and movable obstructions can be moved anywhere on or off the golf course, including in bunkers and penalty areas, even when your ball also lies in the bunker or penalty area. If your ball moves when moving a movable obstruction, there is no penalty and you simply replace the ball.
However, you need to be careful when moving loose impediments because if that causes your ball to move, you get a one-stroke penalty (with only a few exceptions) and must replace your ball.

⛳ Birdie on 18. Victory by One.
That’s how David Delich secured the 2025 CGA Super Senior Amateur title—closing with rounds of 69-70 (139) to edge past reigning champion John Hornbeck by a single stroke.
Hornbeck’s words say it all: “There’s no one else I’d rather pass the torch to.”
This isn’t just a thrilling finish—it’s a masterclass in championship storytelling from @ColoGolf. The mix of decisive stats, human emotion, and sportsmanship captures exactly why Allied Golf Associations matter: they make moments like this resonate far beyond the scorecard.
👏 Congrats to David, and kudos to CGA for showcasing competition with heart.
