Deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Peter Ward. Famous as a saviour of HMCS HAIDA, but did so much more throughout his career as a naval reservist and an outstanding journalist and patriotic Canadian.
He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him.
Our thoughts are with our shipmates...We extend our deepest sympathies to everyone affected by this tragedy.
