Kink post but NOT nsfw— I know none of you are Doms/Dominants or submissives (maybe 3 of you are that I know.) do this post won’t make a lick of sense to most everyone but lately guiding myself into subspace as usual has been completely fine. I am an instantaneous dropper so my good triggers can immediately lock me tf in subspace like nothing. But my issue is that lately I can’t guide myself back out. Spent 3 days depressed so bad I genuinely thought everything was going wrong. Then I tried again but this time I was just overly pissed at everything. Then I tried AGAIN and it was a bit better but it lasted longer than usual. Any Sub knows how bad this can be for mental health especially without a Dom for the reassurance and support while in a vulnerable state, but I don’t know what other steps to take. My therapist has been helping me figure things out but I think I need a physical anchor??? I was thinking of just self collaring or getting a fucking weighted blanket atp. I DONT KNOW. Every sub ive asked pretty much said “Yeah you have no physical contact with something so maybe that’s the issue.”

Been building my homebrew website and it’s looking quite good! Then once that’s done I’ll be doing a ton of lore writing. Currently the lore is already 5 pages. 😭 and I’m not even a bit done.

I do love that a few mutuals have been asking how I’m doing and letting me vent to them about everything going on 🙂‍↕️ thank you for being nice! I’m not really that easy of a person to be friends with because I tend to be all over the place but I’m glad some people care.
