And I learned something new: today is Pythagorean Theorem Day (a² + b² = c²). 10/24/26 forms the triple where 10² + 24² = 26² (100 + 576 = 676). The next one is March 4, 2105 (3² + 4² = 5²).

My problem with monks is that it is really easy to say that you have achieved ultimate peace when you are isolated from the world. And isn't it ultimately only self serving? It is only for your own personal benefit that you live off charity and seclude from the world.

it's a bit strange how job interviews are social rituals where both people are lying to each other and they both know the other is lying but if the interviewee ever makes the mistake of being honest they instantly lose. why is that how it works why is lying expected

Ultra processed food is obviously bad, you feel better when you eat fresher stuff. But in America everything is so caked with chemicals that they probably struggle to separate signal from noise in any particular study.
