When @FijiGovernment employees claim the children’s hospital lift is installed and working when it clearly isn’t, we have serious ethical and credibility issues! Lying is unacceptable. @slrabuka time to see for yourself and hold those responsible accountable! @fijivillage

Upgrades completed to the Doctors’ On-Call Rooms at CWM Maternity Unit, transformed in 1.5 weeks.
Our doctors deserve dignity and decent spaces.

It's been a month since the IWA's renovation project was "paused" at the CWM Children's Hospital! I wish @FijiGovernment could intervene as quickly as it did for a pageant!!! Where are our priorites? @slrabuka @filivosarogo can you intervene??
The farewell and welcome ceremonies by @FijiGovernment is mind boggling! Serve your people who pay your salaries with that efficiency and commitment! Processes and procedures are always excuses! @slrabuka @angry_kpra
The IWA is still waiting on investigations into the leaks at CWM ANC - leaks we were blamed for, so our project at the Children’s Hospital is now “on pause.”
Was there also an investigation into the fire? And I wonder … who got blamed for that?

Been a while ... transparency and accountability in healthcare are not "finger-pointing". Observing unsafe conditions - like leaking ceilings in patient and staff areas at CWM is about patient safety, not personal reputation. Stop the blaming.

While @FijiGovernment says chemo meds are not being charged, shortages are very real! We ask the government not to respond with defensiveness and hashtags but with honesty, clarity, and solutions!!

Being called a “skeptic observer” by a govt body is insulting. I am a volunteer! IWA has renovated wards, bought equipment, meds, consumables and more at no cost to Govt! Shame on MOH!

$280,000 pm ($2.8m + VAT pa) to clean the hospital and this is the filth they think is acceptable! Contractor came highly recommended by hygiene experts from MOH and CWM!! This is worth a COI!
