Here is my honest review of Saizeriya:
Pasta: 6.5/10
Doria with meat sauce and cheese: 7/10
Onion soup: 6.8/10
Spinach: 4/10
Drinks(soft drinks and coffee): 5/10
Seating was narrow.
I don't know the pasta I got from Seiyu supermarket for 399 yen tasted just as good as theirs.
From the items I ordered, just my opinion, food was pretty mid.

I did follow the exact direction and went above and beyond. First email asked for ID, I provided my passport.
Second email asked for proof of ownership of the payment method. I took front and back images of my credit card, and provided the last 3 months' credit card statements. After the 2nd email, they simply said unusual activity.
