So for #Railroader... Announcement regarding my mod, Savvy Extensions. 1.3 of the mod will be the final content version of Savvy Extensions for what will become the Legacy branch of Railroader. It will be labeled as Legacy-1.3 and any updates to this version will be for mod compatibility. When will 1.3 be done? I don't have a ETA, but the coach yard that is planned is all that remains for it and work has started on that at least. After this, the captive mail system will be in the works fully and the version 1.4 will be in development. I'm going to use what I learned for 1.3 to add these unlockable captive service industries. ["if we’re willing to compromise our ideals and not have important conversations for the sake of unity, what do we actually stand for?"] You could have done that with the recent drama you caused, but you didn't. You instead went straight out of left field to smack someone who has been there for you because of a personal detail they withheld. You were unwilling to compromise because the other lied about a personal life detail to keep themselves safe in online spaces. ["...where do we draw the line?"] Well you seemingly drew the line yourself at needing to know something that isn't needed because of you wanting to purity test everyone apparently and not have compromise with those that have mostly the same views as you. My line would be if the person starts acting in a way that would be detrimental and harmful to the movement we are trying to run, and you crossed that months ago and this recent situation was the final line cross for me and many others. You crossed it when you went on personal attacks at others who have been at your back, all because you wanted to know if they had a dick or not in their pants. ["at what point does preserving alliances become more important than standing up for what we know is right?"] Alliances are always important. And they are needed. You can preserve alliances and still stand for what you know is right. It's called disagreement and compromise, and you're the one not willing to compromise because someone may have a different view on certain subjects with you. I disagree with you on the subject of having a child from rape for example, but I was willing to stand for you if I seen you were being treated unfairly. Keyword, was. I disagree with how you handled this recent drama situation you caused, and I'm not willing to support any of your actions for basically attacking others that didn't deserve it. I will not have an ounce of support for your actions, even if I agree with it in some degree all because you've shown yourself willing to attack people for nuance. Sure, Ember could have come clean earlier and this wouldn't have happened, Ember messed up yes, but the way you handled this shows you're not willing to preserve an alliance all because of a stupid detail that was not revealed to you. Alliances require compromise with those you're siding with. People will, and do have different views and opinions than you. Purity testing them to see if they're 100% compatible with your views is, quite frankly, retarded. You should want people to be there for you. They will never be 100% the views you support or agree with, but you should want as many of them with you as possible because your views could augment theirs to be more compatible. Instead, you seem to have opted for the leftist trope of "you're either 100% with me, or you're against me." I would rather have someone on my side that is pretending to be the one eyed one horned flying purple people eater and help me out with at least the things we have in common even if it's less than 50% than have someone at my side that is willing to stab me in the back like you have with Ember. I may not be familiar with Christianity, or even with the Bible, but from what I do understand of it... I don't think what you did would be what Jesus would have done. I'll even invoke Charlie Kirk here. He likely wouldn't have hated Ember for pretending to be a women. He may be upset about it, but he would at least try to build a bridge with them to try to convince them that the lord would love them regardless of how they feel about themself.
