Trying to get more from my twitter experience and also add more value to my followers.
I talk mostly about business, politics, finance, football, and health and well being matters on here
A no brainer for Barcelona, and another one of United's better players who will likely move on. @ManUtd is not in a good place and hasn't been for many years.
The problem rests with the ownership structure, and until that is resolved, the club won't achieve success.
The Glazers need to sell the club now, the debt needs to be cleared, and a new structure implemented asap.
Until that happens, we will continue to see more of the same. It's not a managerial issue at Old Trafford, and anyone paying attention who understands football and financial structures, will know this!
The Glazers will know this also, so let's hope they're exit is sooner rather than later !
Barcelona have made enquiries about Manchester United defender Lisandro Martinez as they assess their options for a new left-sided centre-back ahead of the January transfer window, @TEAMtalk can reveal.

So many huge problems needing fixed and sorted out in N Ireland today, however local media is wall to wall, promoting the same people, over and over, who spend every minute of every day trying to stop progress, cause division and break things further.
All the while, the vast vast majority of people, who just want to get on with life, live peacefully, make progress, help their friends, family and neighbours, create employment and try their best, get very little airtime.
It's an insane approach to public broadcasting, and clearly why so many people simply switch off - Groundhog Day into perpetuity!
We have huge structural long term economic challenges in N Ireland. Public services are falling apart, and there are no financial solutions coming forward from anyone, to fix anything in status quo.
This is the story, this should continue to be the story, and focus really over any public media platform should be on identifying solutions, people and new structures that can fix things here, for the almost 2M people who live here, not on those who so clearly and obviously have nothing to offer!

Thle field of dreams... ✨️ An incredible kick, performance & result for @EdendorkGAC ... Congrats to the entire community👏☘️
The full ending as Edendork win the Tyrone SFC for the first time ever thanks to Niall Morgan’s two-point free three minutes into stoppage time.
Not too many occasions down the years where such a big underdog wins the replay. Incredible success story.

In what has become a very superficial world, when you see authenticity and courage in plain sight, it stands head and shoulders above everything else in the news reels these days..... Keep the shoulder to the wheel Mark, your resilience is contagious 🙏
A statement on yesterday…..
Everything I said in that interview was true. However, rest assured I’m doing my best to turn things round.
I have been in a mental health clinic for the last 10 weeks, finally discharging so I could attempt to play in Belfast
I owed that to my family, in particular my daughter to see me play for what could be the last time….. I also owed it to the fans who have supported me throughout my 21 years on tour
I also owed that to World Snooker who have been amazing from day on in all this, in particular Simon Brownell and Neil Tomkins who have remained in touch regularly, even Simon paying me a visit in the clinic itself
I’m not ok, but I’m ok in that itself. I’ve been much worse in the last few months than you saw yesterday. I literally didn’t see a future in anything…..
My daughter kept me going, the therapists, staff and all the other patients were amazing and helped me through some really dark days
I see the light now that I couldn’t see before but I do now. I also know it won’t happen overnight. I’m a work in progress!!! My fight and determination on the table has always been there for ones to see. I need to show those same fighting qualities off it now for a while
Please don’t detract anything from Jordan yesterday, he’s been aware of my struggles and that can’t have been easy to play in but he handled it with grace and skill as I knew he would. Im proud to call him a friend
I hope the rest of the event is a success and I will continue my treatments going forward and then see what’s ahead
Thank you to every single message I have received on here, instagram, Facebook, text messages and WhatsApp’s, I’ve seen them all but a bit overwhelmed to reply right now. Just know that they have helped me a lot but I’m not going anywhere just yet!!!! I have so much to live for and this is only the beginning of my new journey
Also, I was not made to do any interviews, I was simply given a choice and felt I owed it to everyone to speak. The media team at WST have been incredible through all this too
Thank you all x

This is exactly the type of joined up approach we need in the North.
Proper investment and support for academy football, benefiting young players across every club and not just a select few.
If we genuinely want to develop more players and raise standards, the whole pathway needs supported.

The Irish Budget 2027 will result in household disposable incomes rising most for those that need it most. Those on lowest incomes will benefit to a proportionally greater extent. It's a progressive budget that will reduce income inequality and that's worth acknowledging. 🇮🇪👍

Such huge news for League of Ireland that Government have committed 33% increase in baseline funding for academies. An extra €1 million to be provided due to calibre of work being done. Massive boost, one that was not expected as part of this year’s plan. Testament to progress.
MetroLink funding quadrupled to a cool €8bn in bid to kickstart construction 🚆
This is what is achievable when your economy is in budget surplus. It allows you to fix things, build things and improve communities and peoples standards of living
Unfortunately in NI we have been in budget deficit since the 1930s, and our economic structure is simply not fit for purpose, so infrastructure investments like this are much less likely !
