Although we have closed head office drop-off facility, we are still operational and customers can still use standard collect+ procedure. we are still accepting consoles for repair via inbound and outbound courier service.

Covid 19 Update 24th March 2020. We have taken the decision to close our ‘drop-off’ facility until government advice changes. Please contact our customer service team regarding consoles we have repaired and still with us as we have a safe procedure for customer collections.
