And I am telling you clearly: I love the art, I love the drama, I love the wildnessโฆ but I am not here to watch you die for my fun.
The ugly part of this business is built on exactly the opposite assumption: that we, fans, are bloodthirsty, that we want trainwrecks, that the only way to hold our attention is to keep escalating how close to catastrophe you get.
So let me stand up and push against that lie: โNo, my pop is not worth your neck. Next time someone suggests you a stupid bump, remember this: not everyone is here for the gladiator shit.โ
