Win #4 wasnt pretty but its not a beauty contest. Defense pulled us thru and a gritty performance by a group of young ladies who fought for one another and played for one another. So proud of our team. #livethisteam #conversebasketball #playforoneanother

What an amazing time visiting and sharing teddy bears donated by our bookstore and even singing thanks to our talented Ellen today at the Greenville Children's Hospital. We have a very special group of young ladies that I'm fortunate and blessed to coach. #Conversebasketball

Another amazing night with the Carolina Miracle league. Proud of our girls and their spirit. Pam Dean and her crew do such a tremendous job making these kids feel like its the World Series every time they step on the field. #thankful

The quality of practice greatly influences the outcome of games, and of great significance is that practice is something that your team can control. Daily improvement is directly proportional to your attention to detail in practice. #pursueexcellence #practicewithapurpose

This was from Jeff Janssen Don't curse the running that conditions you. Don't whine about the lifting that strengthens you. Don't complain about the adversity that toughens you. Don't criticize the coaching that improves you. Don't bite the hand that feeds you.
