I realize most of you are aware... but you would be surprised to learn how many really never know when FOMC unfolds... So, at 2pm ET the markets will move in thin delivery... and it will do it again at 2:30pm ET or just a few minutes after. You will see the usual suspects show you their winning trades about then. Act accordingly....

The FASTEST improvement in my trading came from isolating one concept at a time. Most traders think they can watch a video on Fibonacci retracements and start using it right away as part of their system. Half the time they’re not even using a proper range high/low. Once you strip everything down and focus, you finally start to learn the nuances of the tools you’re using.

I spent thousands of hours in front of a chart to become a better trader Took me years to realize data was the biggest edge I could have. Most traders don’t do enough research So I started backtesting. Hour after hour. Night by night I only looked at one model… I only looked at one setup… And I did it over and over again… Eventually I could almost smell engineered liquidity and an A+ setup lining up That was one of my biggest lightbulb moments

What the f*ck are you afraid of? Missing the move? There’s always another setup tomorrow. Quitting your job to trade full-time? You can always get another job A red month? Every profitable trader has Many There is nothing to fear. Fight for the life you deserve

Overnight success in trading is a myth. It takes years of learning, practicing and experiencing losses.

First additions. These are the higher timeframe levels I’m using to define the range and where price is currently reacting. Only what actually makes sense on the monthly stays.

Most traders lose money because they're trying to get rich in 6 months I've been trading for 5 years and only became consistently profitable in the last 1.5 years You need to be okay with spending YEARS learning this skill If you're not willing to do that, just get a normal job instead

When markets are at all time highs, it can be hard to trust buying. So how do I do it? Same rules, wait for sellside liquidity to be purged, enter a shorter intraday Discount... key level at key timing. I never rush to chase it. I never regret a missed run. I never force my will on Price at ATHs. Patience must be the driving force, more than ever. For some, the wisest decision is stillness... emphasis on "some".
