What a weekend. I’m proud of all my athletes that competed. Rancho boys did awesome with plenty of PR’s & season best to go around. My Strider athletes did their thing too. Representing their high schools with PR’s & SB’s. Next week Bear Cubs it’s your turn. Big 8 Champs.

Last weekend was awesome with a bunch of PR’s & SB’s. My college sprinters had the weekend off while my high school sprinters had a blast at the 2026 Prospector Gold Rush Invitational. Huge S/O to my Strider athletes that did their thing too! GO RANCHO!🔴🔵 STRIDER STRONG🟠⚫️
