Very greatful to the club for all they have given me.Faced plenty of adversity over the past few years both on and off the field, but it’s made me a stronger person than before. The ambition stays the same 🏴 the fire is back and I’m going to prove the best of me is still to come

A guy that leaves the game having achieved it all, but you’d swear he’s achieved nothing. The most humble, loveliest bloke you can meet. To have played with @LeighHalfpenny1 is an absolute honour. You no longer have to put up with me sketching you out every week🤣 WHAT A CAREER♥️
Thankyou all involved for the love over the past 10+ years. Its been an honour and priveledge to represent the club on so many occasions. Hopefully I’m given the opportunity to run out on CAP again to say my thankyou’s and goodbye’s to all the supporters.

Such sad news about Ricky Hatton. The bloke that made me love the sport of boxing. My favourite fighter and something who just seemed like a proper good bloke. The only person who could ever make me sing “Blue Moon”. Gutted. A true boxing great. RIP The Hitman💙
24/25 Season comes to an end…
A nail biting season full of highs, lows and a lot of injuries. Been awesome pushing for the play offs. Hopefully a good rest and next season will look better from a personal level but what a group of boys. An honour to be apart of this group❤️
Hi Guys. As it’s School Holidays next week and a have Wednesday off, I was going to do 2x1 hour fun rugby sessions for 2 different age groups at my local rugby field. Parents/Guardians of the children would have to be there but I don’t know what the regulations are. 1/2
Who do I need to get consent off to be able to run the session? If anybody knows what I need to do to get it in place would be great. Also I was thinking of doing a Age group of 5-8year olds and a 9-12 year old group. 2/3
