Thank you @GovAndyBeshear for standing up for farmers and consumers across this country. Regulations protect kids, prohibition does not. Americans deserve access to these products.

Yesterday, the House of Representatives voted 370 to 48 to pass a short-term government funding bill delaying the looming ban on hemp products. The deadline has now been extended by 30 days, pushing it to December 11, 2026.
This extension protects naturally derived hemp products like Cornbread's, and ensures they remain federally legal while we work toward a permanent solution. This is a meaningful signal that Congress intends to regulate hemp products rather than ban them outright.
Lawmakers from both parties backed the extension, sending a clear signal of bipartisan support for keeping natural, low-dose hemp products legal. Cornbread will continue working with lawmakers until the job is done, and we urge you to continue calling and emailing your representatives to demand they protect hemp. Your support matters, and every voice counts!

Yesterday, the House voted to delay the federal hemp ban by one month. It’s a step in the right direction — but it’s not nearly enough.
Thousands of Minnesota workers, farmers, brewers and producers depend on the hemp industry and hemp-derived products. I’ll keep fighting to stop the hemp ban and protect Minnesota jobs.

Thank you @GovAndyBeshear for standing up for hemp farmers in Kentucky and hemp product consumers all across America 🇺🇸

Good news: The Senate voted to reject an attempt to strip the hemp ban delay out of the funding bill. A federal hemp ban would wipe out thousands of Minnesota jobs. Our farmers and small businesses are already following strong safety rules — a one-size-fits-all federal ban ignores that. This buys us time, and I’m not done fighting.

Everything we sold was Full Spectrum CBD. No synthetics and no additives. Just pure plant, the way nature grows it, unadulterated. So, yea, it has a lot to do with CBD. A CBD heavy plant will not grow without THC. They destroy CBD through the 0.4mg caveats on products.
Thank you @amyklobuchar - from the millions of veterans and seniors, and the 105 employees here at Cornbread. We would not be here without your leadership.

Woodford County farmers have hemp hanging in barns w nowhere to sell. Family farms going bankrupt everyday. Losing hemp as a cash crop will hurt.
Hemp and cattle are two of the best options farmers have at surviving and actually turning a profit. What's going on is wrong. – at Versailles, KY
We’ve been selling a whole lot of CBD since 2020. So yeah, this is about CBD. Are we just brushing off banning CBD now like it’s no biggie? @tomweedlaw

Thank you @TimSheehyMT for boiling the rhetoric down to what this is all about. @SenTedBuddNC is right in getting rid of the products he shows on his slides and KY hemp farmers support that. But shutting down the entire industry is a wide scale, innocent bystander massacre. REGS
Thank you @TimSheehyMT for standing up for the veterans, farmers, seniors, and millions of other Americans who depend on AMERICAN GROWN FULL SPECTRUM CBD! #savehemp

Prohibitionists always use percentages to mislead. Every year there are about 61k pediatric poisonings. The leading cause are pharma pills. The absolute number of poisonings from cannabis are about 1,500 a year. It's all lying with figures to manufacture a "crisis."
From 2018 to 2023, ER visits in the U.S. for pediatric cannabis poisoning increased by 461%. This is a public health crisis that demands immediate attention.
56 national & state public health groups support eliminating the hemp loophole. I hope my colleagues join the fight. The health & wellness of the American people, especially our children, depend on it.

It's a crucial point. Sen. Budd's push to ban "gas station" weed is like commercial fishing trawling net that pulls the eelgrass and turtles along with the mackerel.
The new rules would prohibit the vast majority of full spectrum CBD products.
Thank you @SenTedCruz This is about healthcare, not gas stations. Ban synthetic THC products and preserve full spectrum CBD products that seniors and veterans across this country rely on.
