I work at a car parts building in Canada. You can see your fair share of diversity but the equal ratio between all of them is quite unbalanced, at least that's how it looks for some shifts and departments that work on building stuff on assembly lines. The one thing most people do (The ones that speak either Punjabi, Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, Vietnamese, Somali, Jamaican, or Tagalog) even the good ones, will choose to speak in their own language. Not all of them. But come on, you want to make yourself & your own people look bad? This company's assembly line worker teams also have unwritten rules 1) Exempt Women (unless some prove otherwise that they can do it) from certain jobs in the building - This one actually applies to any woman regardless of background. 2) For problems such as not arriving to the floor on time from punching in or returning from your break. Meh, if you're black, who cares. 3) There's 1 old Indian guy (The only old one in the building that does this) that is allowed to go to the break room ~10 minutes before we are allowed to. To take a nap. 4) Black women being notorious for their behavior (and putting more effort into wigs and makeup they wear), and there's 1 that really takes the cake for the most nasty, obnoxious, and intentionally bad behavior that the supervisors and the (job title in-between the assembly line workers and supervisors) would never punish & would rather just give her warnings. She is allowed to get away with as much as she commits as possible. The same bitch who fakes her injuries. If you are "not the ones" reporting about her, they either make you look like a clown and/or tell you "it's too much paperwork" to punish her. This year has actually been good, only because she took the year off due to a car accident.

I work part-time as a college exam supervisor. If I see someone white cheating on an exam, I turn a blind eye. If I see someone brown or black cheating, I always raise it and have disciplinary action taken against them.

I work in retail. A customer was trying to get a $2,000 electric scooter into his trolley. So I helped him load it up. Later found out that he never went to a checkout. He had printed off a fake receipt, showed it to security at the door, and just walked out with a free scooter. About an hour later, we got an email from head office to be on the lookout for fake receipts. There was an organized ring of people printing off receipts and walking out with inventory. The funny part? I didn't even get in any trouble.

I’ve worked as a janitor in a massive Fortune 500 company’s headquarters for the last 25 years (nepo hire). For the first ten years I worked at the company the men’s room was always clean and easy to maintain. Worst you would get is maybe a couple of drops of piss dribble in front of the urinals from careless shakes, some shit stains in the bowls from greasy shits on the IT floor when they had been pulling all nighters and living off pizza, or soap in the counter when someone got overenthusiastic with the pump. The women’s bathroom was always the bane of my existence because they would flush sanitary products, cause plugs, and would continue to use the plugged toilet until a mountain of shit and piss formed. That began to change about a decade ago when an Indian guy got hired in C suite, and slowly we started getting Indian managers on all floors. It started with unflushed shitters, but as more and more of them came in it steadily got worse. What used to be a gross, but ultimately low stress reasonably paying job has become a nightmare. The IT floor is the absolute worst. They will not sit on the toilet and instead stand on the seat to squat. They frequently have explosive diarrhea, which, combined with their habit of squatting, means shit splatters on the seat, floors, and walls. They do not even attempt to clean the mess they made which means the next guy to stand and squat ends up stepping in their assblast and tracking it all over the floor when he walks out of the stall. They wipe with their hands and not the provided paper, I know this because finding shit covered handprints sliding down the walls of the stall is now a daily occurrence. For some reason, despite not washing their hands near as I can tell, they frequently break open the soap dispenser and steal the giant bags of soap they are connected to. My team and I are the only non-IT employees who will enter the IT floor now, and the turnover is so high that I can’t get a single FNG to stay more than a month. I am considering leaving myself after a quarter century and my entire employment history being with this one company. I am in hell and it smells like feces & microwaved curry.

I work for a bar in a very woke area. Pride flags are up all year long and drag queens regularly perform. Disgusting place. But I need the cash and it's walking distance from my home. Whenever it's a busy night (usually Friday or Saturday), I make sure I drink a lot of water from the bar. Then I sneak over to the non-binary bathroom. I piss all over the toilet seat, the toilet paper roll, the sink. My favorite spot? The Dyson hand dryer. It's truly a sight to behold. It's also one of the most liberating feelings in the world to spray an inhumane amount of urine anywhere and everywhere you can. I don't feel an ounce of guilt. Not even for the cleaners who clean it up the next day. They're short, brown immigrants who are probably here illegally. They barely smile and regularly hit you with that third-world stare. I'm not even sure they're sentient. I've never been caught or even suspected. This is the only place I do it. I will strike again.

I used to work for a FAANG company out in Texas (you can probably guess which one). Within the span of a year after my previous white manager got managed out in favour of an Indian, my team was systematically replaced with Indians with each PIP and each layoff wave. With every new Indian essentially being deadweight and increasing the stress and fatigue of the non Indian team members, oftentimes I would see them push obviously ChatGPT generated code to production, ask for “quick calls” with me and other team members to fix said code and then take credit/blame failures on me and the non-Indians. Safe to say I went from being pretty liberal and tolerant to being quite aware within that year.

I run a small plumbing company. The second I hear an Indian accent, I hang up. First off, they always call outside of business hours. I’m in bed at 9PM, why couldn’t you call me earlier? No manners. No politeness. Extremely rude and demanding people. Then they try to haggle on price. At this point I’ve just started blocking them.

Company recently got a new CEO. A white boomer. His Dad used to be the CEO. Can’t make this shit up. First order of business: fire people. Outsource admin to a large offshore Indian company. I have to message these Indians every day through a shitty ticketing system that looks like it was made in the 90s. They unironically use “kindly” and “do the needful”. I’m not kidding. The company sent them an email on how to speak English properly. Also, they cannot make a single decision for themselves. They flag everything for review. You just end up doing their job. I’m pretty sure 90% of them don’t even exist. They’ve convinced the company that it requires 50 people to do the administrative work, but it wouldn’t surprise me if it was a scam. The company is in the worst shape it’s ever been. Instead of doing anything about it, the boomer CEO has instead decided to renovate his office and the floor he works on.

About a year and a half ago I stopped actively/obsessively reading emails. I work at a big company somewhere between 15k and 20k people. I don't think anyone really knows. Got super sick and exhausted of reading emails that only said "Thank you" and "When are you available?" and "Let me get a call together." A one-liner payoff after waiting seconds for Outlook to load the stupid entire email thread. Something that could have been inconsequential over a group IM and read in microseconds because Teams loads instantly. It got to be days of pure exhaustion and frustration with emails used as Instant Messenger inside the company. It was forgivable enough with customers, but then even those inane emails got so tiresome I ignored them too. It got to the point where I realized it was physically impossible to load every email (because it took so fucking long), and sort all the threads (because sorting and filtering took so fucking long too), read every email, and take appropriate action while I was also on calls at least about half of the day. I would be sitting in front of my stupid computer for all my waking hours. I made a choice. I wasn't going to do it. I did manage my Teams IM’s and Outlook calendar like a hawk, though. I never missed a call. Except of course when an idiot didn't know how to look at basic calendar availability. I would get double and triple booked, but I stopped caring about that too. It was either a coin toss for attending a call, or first come, first served. Then I would just apologize in DM's that I had a conflicting meeting. Because everyone was victimized by double-booked or triple-booked meetings. Sometimes I felt bad after seeing that people were too dumb and incapable of contacting me through other means after they emailed two or three times. A call or Teams DM would have gotten them instantaneous results. I wondered, 'How many times will it take for Bob/Karen to realize that they can get an instant answer from me via Teams IM, 24hrs a day, any day, but rarely get a reply from email.' Sometimes I would reply and act like nothing was wrong, then never revisit the thread again. Bob/Karen and others seemed to never learn. Teams DM's were always answered promptly. Phone calls were always answered. Not that they knew how to use a phone. If I was already on the phone with a customer, then I would still be able to reply to IM, sometimes even when I was presenting. It was astonishing to watch and listen to people willingly fall into email abyss death spirals. They would complain about this customer or that customer who would never reply to countless emails. Well, did you ever try calling them? It was like they forgot they had a phone or forgot how to use it. It seems like people in big companies just want to sit behind a keyboard and send emails all day. Never make an actual human connection. I stopped feeling bad and have so much less stress without all the infinite email bullshit. And no one has yet to call me out. It's shocking. I am waiting for the day when someone calls me to say, "Do you ever read your emails?" To which I will say, "Of course I read emails. But there are too many of them. I appreciate your phone call!"

I was contracted to a large crypto-currency project famously used by hackers to launder hundreds of millions. The founder is currently being investigated on serious charges of rape. I would avoid using it if I were you, big chance he cuts a deal to snitch on his users.

I work for a fintech company and we’ve banned users from Africa and Indian users from signing up to our platform. They deliver 0 value. They’re painful to deal with. We had one African user slip through the cracks and try to scam us for $20. I hate minorities so much it’s unreal.

I had an internship at a FAANG company in Northern Europe. The salary was pretty low, but I was glad I landed something right after graduating from university. Anyway, my excitement lasted about a week. The office atmosphere was shit due to the constant fear of layoffs, my manager didn't have any tasks for me to do, and the other interns were really fucking gay. I overheard that basically no interns will get return offers. Despite this, I saw intern girls get invited to dinners, events and to take part in company videos, while I didn't even know these things were around. Their managers would connect them with high up executives in the company, give them cool projects to do, etc. These ladies weren't even good looking, btw. You should have seen just how smug these bitches were. These fucking hoes would constantly make bragadocious girl boss posts on social media, super condescending to others, and acting like they're some sort of elites because they got an internship at a tech firm. Anyway, I thought fuck this shit, and legitimately did nothing. Like literally nothing. I thought it'd be funny to see how far I can take it. And for half a year, I literally did nothing. I stayed home and watched TV. I drank a lot. Started learning another language. In the end my manager got fired, so it didn't even matter. Fuck them and their shit firm.

I worked on cable harnesses for SpaceX at a subcontractor. I would tape the wires together and one day I pulled a beard hair out and stuck it on the tape. A part of me is very likely in space now. I hated working on SpaceX parts at that subcontractor because I made less than a fast food worker in California.
