🔴 ReCommon condemns ENI’s decision to file yet another frivolous lawsuit against the association in an attempt to silence its representatives.
📩 Last March, ENI’s lawyers served ReCommon with a request to initiate mandatory civil mediation for alleged defamation aggravated by the use of tv and social media, arising from statements made by Recommon's Eva Pastorelli during the program @reportrai3, which aired on Rai 3 on December 14, 2025.
💰 According to ENI, the value of the dispute it intends to initiate is € 800,000.

Per questo la @EIB deve:
💰porre fine alle esenzioni sui combustibili fossili e applicare piani di transizione in linea con l'accordo di Parigi;
🏦garantire che i fondi pubblici sostengano le aziende che intraprendono un percorso di decarbonizzazione reale;
🏘️mobilitare il settore pubblico a favore di alloggi a prezzi accessibili, energia pulita e trasporti sostenibili;
🌍promuovere finanziamenti agevolati al di fuori dell'UE, contrastando la povertà energetica e creando posti di lavoro a livello locale e infine migliorare la trasparenza divulgando dati dettagliati sui finanziamenti elargiti perla lotta alla crisi climatica e la salvaguardia dell'ambiente.

After almost five years, the trial for environmental crimes allegedly committed during the construction of the Trans Adriatic Pipeline (TAP) is finally coming to a close. In yesterday's closing speech, the public prosecutor asked for 8 sentences for a total of 24 years in prison
