Riggs vs Honeycutt for all the Truck Series marbles at Vice City next week
Championship Clinching scenarios for Layne Riggs & Kaden Honeycutt at Homestead next week Note: in the event that the championship ends in a tie, Layne Riggs would hold tiebreaker off most wins (7-4)

Look at that, 2 way title fight separated by 5 pts. But Nascar Twitter told me Season long pts boring & bad. The Anti-Season long pts DARFS can chug bleach & fuck themselves with a rusty knife. This could've been you @NASCAR if you were a real Motorsport
2026 Truck Series Standings with F1 pts after Martinsville. We have a new pts leader heading into the season finale at Homestead next week with 2 drivers eligible for the title *=mathematically eliminated from title contention

This Lagooner cuck doesn’t realized he accidentally proved why Larson was 100% more deserving lmao. He conveniently ignores that Tony Stewart won it without winning a Chase race in 2005, which proves that consistency is key. Winning isn’t everything. At all. Whatsoever

Let’s talk about CHAMPIONSHIPS Last years Champion won it without winning a single race after May…ZERO wins in playoffs Most undeserving championship in NASCAR history. Go back and do your research! Logano-2018 2 wins in playoffs including final race. 2022-2 playoff wins including final race. 2024-3 playoff wins including final race. Other than Truex, this is the most tied, with a few other drivers. Everyone wanted a championship where regular season meant something. We have exactly what we have had before, maybe even worse. Someone with no regular season wins can clinch championship this week because HIS points deficit was wiped out and the end of the regular season. Now we have introduced not just team orders but manufacturer orders. NASCAR is one of the few if not only racing organizations that does not have full season point systems. We have exactly what we have had since they went away from full season championship. Make the chase/ playoffs whatever you want to call it, get hot, win a few races and you’re a champion.

People complaining Larson can clinch early and saying they want a full season deal makes 0 sense because the 11 would be doing just that this week. So would we all be boycotting homestead under that format too?

Also, Lagooner was never really impressive in any of his 3 Mickey title runs (except for maybe 2018 (he was the best non big 3 driver that year))

Actually Larson deserved his title last year since he would've won it under a season long pts format last year (something Lagooner could never do)

There's quite literally nothing wrong with a driver in any motorsport clinching a title early. Motorsports fans will still watch regardless, the racing is always the main incentive to watch, a good, close championship battle is purely a nice bonus.

Some people, mostly paid, have a serious issue telling the difference between a post season and playoffs Yes,, Playoffs are a form of post season POST SEASONS are what racing purists & many other people have hated since the Gimmickship Era began in 2004. They don't belong in full season racing.. #NASCAR

I hope Larson clinches Sunday so this fanbase & all the Playoff Slappies finally get their egos checked for once (the Playoff Slappies have had their egos go un-checked for way too damn long)
If Larson wins the championship this Sunday whats the point on watching the Homestead race😭

This format isn't what "everyone wanted." You're not being genuine by saying that. It was a compromise between those who wanted the Playoffs and those who wanted full-season points. Most of the people complaining are those who wanted Playoffs. Let's be real, here.

IKR !? I thought the same. I don’t wanna hear any bitching bc this is what we were repeatedly told “everyone wanted” now they have it and are still unhappy 🤷‍♀️

I’m going to be much happier this year knowing that whoever takes the trophy home was good over 10 whole races instead of a one-race crapshoot. That being said, I’d be even happier if it went to the driver who was best over 36 races. #NASCAR
Huh - I was told emphatically last year around this time this year’s format is what people wanted - now I’m hearing from fans that are pissed a guy could wrap it up before the season ends 🤷🏼‍♂️

Not me, I wanted legitimacy in the championship & not a bunch of WWE-Manufactured Drama to decide it. However, I always feel the best way to decide a championship in Motorsports should be Season long pts (the largest sample size there is). Just say you hate real racing

Logano only hates it because he can't BS his way into another illegitimate title anymore (Logano only hates Gimmicks if it doesn't benefit him). I'll take him serious when he wins a real championship Btw, Season Long pts FTMFW
Joey Logano believes Kyle Larson deserves his 70-point championship lead, but he’s not sure NASCAR’s new Chase format will deliver the kind of title fight fans want. Speaking with Will Buxton on SPEED, Logano praised Larson’s incredible run while pointing out that the old format created must-win situations that forced drivers to take risks “I want to see people do desperate things out there because they’re in desperate situations"

This race should be the reason no one should like overtime. One of the worst wins I have ever watched in my life.

And btw I been against this rule for decades and even made a video on it years ago saying that it needs to go
Im done debating about the yellow line shit. It's exhausting. They need to get rid of it before the 2027 Daytona 500. Period! It's ruined so many finishes. We should be sitting here talking about an exciting last lap not this along with the bs race manipulation assumptions

And that @NASCAR is why we need less races on fucking cable (either put races on over the air channels that everybody gets or put them on streaming which is popular too & if start times are an issue, then start the races earlier (say around 1pm local time for Sunday afternoons)
.@NBC scored 2.581 million viewers for Sunday's NASCAR Cup Series YellaWood 500 @Talladega, up about 1% from last year (2.556 million).

Eh....25 points still doesn't win him the championship anyway lol. People forget that Atlanta and martinsville is what actually lost him the championship that year. Not him cursing
S*** HAPPENS. NOW IT'S WORTH $10,000. In honor of @DaleJr's famous fine from 2004, NASCAR just donated $10k to @tdjf and added another $10k to the Swear Jar.

Only took 22 years but hey, congrats to Nascar on unfucking a problem they originally caused. Wish Nascar would unfuck the championship format, but that'll have to wait for another day
