Don't get me wrong. YouTube is great but the Studio is limited when you manage multiple channels. So with that in mind I built my own site to manage all the channels. Now I can schedule videos, move them around, update thumbs etc all in one space. No need to keep logging in and out and switching channels any more. It's even set up so a second person who deals with the thumbs is able to see everything they need to do in one place. Work smarter not harder.

Little update - gain a few subs but happy to say pulling in 10k views over 48hrs so it feels like something is working
