With hot weather across the country this week, make sure you keep hydrated.
Dehydration means your body loses more fluids than you take in, children and older adults are more at risk.
If it's not treated, it can become a serious problem.

Today was a bittersweet day as we bid farewell to our wonderful students from the @CreativeEnglish programme. 😔 While it was a successful and fulfilling day, there was also a sense of sadness as we hugged goodbye, knowing we wouldn't be seeing each other weekly anymore. 💔 I couldn't help but feel a strong desire to create more opportunities for us to stay connected. A huge thank you to our special guests, Anne Smith from @FaithActionNet and local councillor #Cllr. Ah, what a truly incredible class we had in @CreativeEnglish today. It was like a beautiful tapestry, with people from all corners of the world coming together in perfect harmony. Albanian, Romanians, Bangladeshis, Pakistanis, Indians, Chinese, Africans - we were united, not noticing our differences, but rather revelling in our shared activities and experiences. Mothers connected with other mothers and friendships were born, and I felt an overwhelming sense of pride in witnessing unity and diversity celebrated through this wonderful program by @FaithActionNet and facilitated by no other than the amazing Laura Iosifescu our director. There are still two more weeks left, and we invite you to join us, even if only for a short time. Our next class is next Thursday at 11:30am in room 116.
