Chapters 1-11 are already written, I will be posting daily on here and on Ko-fi
I’ve spent months researching and writing the Archives of Alexandria series. I had planned to maybe publish under a pseudonym. Life changed that. I’m now posting it as a series, raising money to buy my girlfriend’s engagement ring.

In America if you're a land owner you shouldn't be allowed to vote bc you're a single issue voter on maintaining the value of your property
If you receive welfare, you shouldn’t get to vote because you'd be a single-issue voter on maintaining and increasing your welfare, plus voting for any party that promises to do this.

If that's my kid I'm swinging on everyone at that park. Anyone can get it.
Police called on 3 year old Black boyβ€”for being "too good" at soccer. Officers escorted his family away in front of all the other kids. After league had them tresspassed from the field. β€œThey really called the police on a 3 year old because he had the ball too much," dad said. The young athlete was already playing in a league with kids 2 years older than him. Other parents on the opposing team are heard on video claiming the kid was "trying to put on a show." His mom replied, "Those grown ups huddled up talking about my son... but he ain't doing nothing but playing soccer." Incident occurred at an i9 Sports league soccer game in Winter Park, Florida. Nevadaney10 doesn’t have an active account on this platformβ€”so posting first full length and credited video here to help raise awareness.

New Mexico Attorney General RaΓΊl Torrez is doing Todd Blanche’s job, actively pursuing accountability for Epstein survivors. And Blanche continues to decline to act on referrals. Last week, AG Torrez filed a federal civil lawsuit against Epstein’s longtime attorney Darren Indyke and accountant Richard Kahn, alleging they knowingly facilitated and concealed Epstein’s sex trafficking operation, including abuse at Zorro Ranch. It makes perfect sense to block the $75 million in estate bequests and create a fund for the survivors. AG Torrez is trying to eliminate the statute of limitations for human trafficking prosecutions and increase the penalties. He enjoys bi-partisan support. What’s Speaker Mike Johnson doing? Blocking Epstein Files Transparency Act II, which allows survivors, state prosecutors, and members of Congress to sue DOJ for withholding Epstein-related records. No floor votes allowed. This is exactly the same tactic the speaker used to block the original EFTA. Ever since the FBI briefing slide of co-conspirators was created, there’s been zero arrests in the U.S. in connection with the horrific crimes of Jeffrey Epstein or Ghislaine Maxwell. There’s clearly a much larger network of co-conspirators. Survivors and advocates are spot on: the names are out; the money is documented; the committee votes are unanimous; and the one institution with the power to charge anyone is the same institution accused of obstructing the investigation.

The state of Nevada has given Elon Musk $1.5 billion dollars sine 2015. Since 2024 he has spent $700 million on Republican campaigns. Why are we giving welfare to people that don’t need it?

The government did refund all the companies their money. The problem is the company's never refunded their customers for the tariffs

Patents and copyright have crippled American enginuity for so long. Societally the trade off is small.
my *personal* opinion about this is that it's basically too late w/ deepseek flash 1017 and we should just rip the bandaid off and let everyone rip everything apart together we need to trust in humanity and give them the tools to defend themselves, instead of baseline expect criminality

Heads up, @OpenAI and @AnthropicAI. Rumor reaches my ears that you're doing a stupid thing, and should stop before you damage yourselves. I hear you've now nerfed your models so that when people try to use them to clean the spamware and spyware out of their televisions, you block that. If you really want Chinese open-weight models and open-source projects like OpenWaldo to eat your lunch, crippling your models so that people paying expensive subscriptions can't use them for completely legitimate purposes is a great way to accomplish this. If, on the other hand, you'd rather have a volume business, maybe stupid arbitrary restrictions that look like they have the sole purpose of protecting corporate sleazeballs aren't such a good idea. A word to the wise should be sufficient.

I'm rarely wrong.
Bill Gates wants powerful open-weight models to run only where the government says they can. For any model capable of sophisticated cyber attacks, he wants safeguards and monitoring kept in by law. Developers could still use these models for free and customize them, but only on certified platforms that detect and refuse any attempt to strip out the safeguards. ---- Full video on "Decoder with Nilay Patel (@reckless) and The Verge" YouTube channel, (link in comment)
