A gesture of respect and solidarity. 💛🦁 The @staderochelais family welcomed us with a guard of honour as we arrived at the stadium. A moment that reminds us rugby is bigger than just the game. 💛 #ForHyron #LionsPride #ForOurCity

Five minutes in, a moment for Hyron. La Rochelle are asking everyone at the ground who is able to stand and join a minute’s applause in tribute to Hyron Andrews. For that minute, the rugby can wait. Two sets of supporters coming together to show that he is in their thoughts. Some things reach far beyond the shirt you wear. #HyronAndrews #StadeRochelais #Lions #InvestecChampionsCup #Rugby

A few mental forward pass calls (Semi would have had a field day!) and we gave them some soft tries but not disgraced and some valuable game time earned.

🐻🎙️ Encouraging development from @BristolBears! 🗣️ 🪑 @willgkelleher “We appreciate Gallagher Prem clubs like the Bears thinking differently, and proactively, about how they can make it easier for us to tell their stories. The whole game benefits from more openness.”

📢 Bristol Bears will offer NFL-style post-match media access at every home game, with the full squad and coaching staff available for interview straight from the changing room. A new mixed zone alongside the home changing room at Ashton Gate will give journalists and broadcasters immediate reaction from across the Bears squad, opening up more of the stories and personalities behind each performance. bristolbearsrugby.com/news/b…

We're very privileged to do this 'job'. We've never had a squad that didn't gel, come together and give everything for each other and represent The Combination with distinction. Their clubs should be immensely proud of them - we certainly are.
