Chinese prosecutors are moving to confiscate assets tied to one of the country's largest alleged frauds - a case involving $5.7 billion and over 102,000 investors.
At the center: 61,800+ Bitcoin seized in the UK. 🧵
The timeline is messy:
• 2014: Qian allegedly sold unlicensed wealth products promising guaranteed returns
• 2017: fled to the UK, where authorities seized BTC, cash, and assets
• 2026: Tianjin court accepted the confiscation application, opening a 6-month window for victims.
But a UK High Court ruling went the other way - Chinese victims can't use English law to claim the 61,000 BTC, boosting the UK government's odds of keeping most of the £3.8B.

#Solana is entering a crucial phase, with a major network upgrade arriving just as SOL attempts to recover from last week's correction.
The Alpenglow upgrade reportedly cuts network finality times from 12.8 seconds to just 150 milliseconds, marking a significant improvement.
So, can SOL hold $100 and build a lasting recovery, or will overheated trading activity put bulls back on the defensive?

#BNB Chain completed its 37th quarterly burn, removing 1.646 million BNB from circulation on October 21.
The remaining supply is now 131.51 million - over two-thirds of the way to the 100 million target. 🧵
Exchange data backs the supply story. BNB has logged 11 straight days of negative Spot netflows, pulling tokens off exchanges and reducing what's available to sell.
The 90-day Spot Taker CVD also shows buy dominance - aggressive buyers are still in control.
Technically, BNB defended $708.48 after rejecting near $800, now at $739.55. Weekly RSI at 55.45 sits above its signal, and MFI at 74.39 shows strong inflows, though it's nearing overbought.

#Bitcoin ETFs just pulled in $663M in a single day - the largest inflow in two months, and all of it went to BlackRock's IBIT.
That reverses October's cumulative outflows. BTC is holding near $82,500. 🧵
Separately, Switzerland just widened access. On October 20, FINMA approved a fund holding actual Bitcoin for public shareholders — previously limited to qualified or institutional investors.
Ticker BBIT is expected to list on the SIX Swiss Exchange next month.
Technically, BTC is testing $84,300 resistance after repeated defenses of $79,800. A break opens $87,400; a rejection sends it back toward $82,560 or $79,800.
One strong week doesn't confirm a trend shift, though.
