Revolut claims my account is restricted “solely to protect” me. Protect me from WHAT? You stopped me from adding to my $MSTR position, causing me financial losses and leaving me struggling to access my own money. I’m literally surviving on meal deals while nearly $28,000 sits in a restricted account. Is this what you call PROTECTION? Do I not have the right to access my own money? Do I not deserve basic financial freedom? @Revolut, I don’t need you to protect me from my own money. I need you to GIVE ME ACCESS TO IT. How is destroying someone’s financial stability supposed to protect them?

I pay for an elite banking subscription, yet my BUNQ bank allowed transactions from a region I had explicitly blocked. How can geographic security controls be in place if transactions from a restricted region can still go through? And when I need answers? No human support - just a chatbot. What exactly am I paying for? Security controls that fail and customer service that won't speak to me? I expect a proper investigation, transparency, accountability, and a human response. Whoever use @bunq Just let You know, if You lock specific regions so it wont charge Your card. It may still charge. My @bunq charged 5 transactions from the locked region, and they even wont provide proper support even for Elite members. You will still be chating with ai bot.
