๐ Something massive is brewing with Coinweb $CWEB right now. Pact Swap (@Pact_Swap) is redefining cross-chain trading โ a true bridgeless DEX powered directly by Coinweb tech, where $CWEB isn't just a token... it's the core of the entire system ๐ฅ
Here's why this setup is straight fire:
๐ Every single trade demands $CWEB
Protocol fees (0.1% per swap) are collected exclusively in $CWEB and stacked into an on-chain treasury. Volume explodes โ $CWEB gets bought relentlessly for fees.
๐ก๏ธ Liquidity backed by $CWEB collateral
Providers lock $CWEB (often 2x overcollateralized) into Coinweb's reactive contracts. No risky bridges, no wrapped assets, no third-party oracles โ just decentralized, enforceable security across any chain.
๐ฅ The ultimate value-accrual loop
That growing fee treasury? Filled 100% with $CWEB.
Upcoming $PACT holders burn their tokens to redeem chunks of it โ permanent $PACT deflation + direct $CWEB buyback pressure and circulating supply reduction.
It's a self-reinforcing machine:
Higher adoption โ more swaps โ bigger $CWEB fee pool โ more $PACT burns โ tighter $CWEB supply โ moonshot potential.
Coinweb's L2 magic makes $CWEB the neutral, unbreakable gas for all future dApps in the ecosystem, and Pact Swap is the flagship proving it works at scale.
Native assets. Rock-bottom fees (up to 95% cheaper). Real revenue flowing straight to the token.
This isn't hype โ it's one of the smartest interlocking economies in interoperability today.
Don't fade $CWEB's comeback story.

You hold BTC and want to make markets in LTC, ETH and BNB. Most venues make you split it three ways, or route through a stablecoin and eat the extra volatility.
Pact's upcoming multi-asset order will let one BTC allocation quote all three markets at once, each at its own price.

Nearly 100 Bitcoin vaults opened in Zest's first mainnet weeks. Deposit native BTC on L1, borrow USDC on Ethereum. No wrapping, no bridging.
BTCfi is building around native BTC.
Pact applies the same rule to swaps. BTC goes in as BTC and settles straight into ETH, BNB or TRX.

Why does moving $100 across chains require locking 8-9 figures somewhere? Genuinely asking. We already fixed it, we just want to know why everyone else is still doing it.

13 bridge hacks. $2B stolen in the first seven months of 2022, per Chainalysis.
Route your users through a bridge and every swap passes through its pooled vault, the thing attackers aim for.
On Pact, LPs post about 2x each swap in collateral, released once that trade settles.

Every cross-chain degen knows the ritual.
Send. Open the explorer. Refresh. Check Discord. Refresh again. Ask if anyone else is stuck.
On Pact, your BTC settles directly into the asset you picked, native on both ends.
Fewer tabs open.

This month, the Ethereum Economic Zone ran the first atomic L1-to-L2 transaction on mainnet. The goal: a cross-chain move that can't get stuck halfway.
Pact covers that for BTC to ETH swaps. If an LP fails to settle, another completes it, or the protocol compensates you.

Bitcoin got another wrapper last month, backed 1:1 by a major stablecoin issuer.
For builders, each new wrapper is another custodian, redemption path and ticker to support.
Pact swaps native BTC directly. One asset, and no issuer between your users and their coins.

0.4%. Pact's average swap fee, measured across pairs and ticket sizes.
For an aggregator, that means routes won on price, with room left to layer your own margin on top.
No validator rewards or standing collateral baked into the price.

Every dollar of excess collateral locked in a bridge exists for one reason: the system has no way to verify what happened on the other chain, so it substitutes capital for certainty.
Fix the verification problem and the capital requirement collapses with it. That's the entire thesis behind the PACT Framework.

The real cost of a cross-chain transaction isn't gas. It's the collateral sitting idle because your bridge can't prove your funds are safe without locking multiples of their value.
Provable finality changes that math entirely.

Five compromised signing keys. Around $17M minted or drained across Fetch.ai, SingularityNET and NuNet infrastructure this month.
Valid signatures, wrong hands.
If your swaps settle on a signer, their key security is your users' risk. Pact settles through onchain data instead.

Bitcoin and Ethereum don't share a scripting language. That's why most cross-chain BTC ends up wrapped, or stuck in a multi-step handoff.
Pact's contracts read each chain's native state directly, so BTC, LTC and DOGE swap with EVM and Tron assets as they are.

Here are 5 things about the PACT Framework everyone should know:
Cross-chain settlement? We fixed the trust problem.
๐น No trusted third party.
๐น No extra synchrony needed.
๐น Bonded collateral enforces it.
Bridges get exploited. PACT gets bonded.
๐น Overlay layers watch, don't guess.
๐น Only acts on final state.
๐น No reorg surprises.
One other party doesn't deliver? You're covered.
๐น Stable party safeguarded by collateral.
๐น Unstable party pays compensation.
๐น No arbiter required.
Timing matters. PACT makes it explicit.
๐น Staggered leader/follower timeouts.
๐น Confirmations always arrive first.
๐น No silent race conditions.
Delayed finality? Built in.
๐น Actions wait for stability.
๐น Queues respect chain delays.
๐น Settlement you can prove.
This is the PACT Framework. Bonded settlement for cross-chain, without the trust.

Most cross-chain systems settle by vote: enough validators agree, so it's final.
Pact's contracts check swap outcomes directly against the source chain's own data, the same way you'd verify any onchain proof.
No one to persuade. Just data that either matches or doesn't.
Cryptof (๐ช,๐ธ) retweeted
Building on top of a bridge usually means building your own reorg-handling logic too, in case the chain rewrites itself mid-settlement.
Pact's contracts already re-evaluate against each chain's canonical state and settle to it. One less edge case for your team to own.
Cryptof (๐ช,๐ธ) retweeted
A Bitcoin order sitting in a shared pool can get matched more than once if nothing enforces otherwise.
Pact Swap ties each order to a small dust-lock UTXO. Since that UTXO can only be spent once, the order links one-to-one with its settlement, no intermediary needed to police it.

Small progress update.
MultiversX halted their network shortly after the Supernova upgrade, and Coinweb kept running smart contract deployments the entire time without interruption. This is the benefit of building on top of many chains instead of betting everything on one: no single chain's heartbeat can stop the system.
We've also started exploring private swaps built using the PACT Framework, albeit very very very early stage.
New price oracles are in testing now, including ARB-USD and SOL-USD, and Solana smart contract event gathering has been introduced at the core level.
On the infra side: our testing SDK and core simulation got a serious upgrade, cutting some test runs from minutes down to seconds. The new Contract Kit is being hardened ahead of migrating existing contract code, and early improvements have already cut some contract-flow execution times by around 50%.
Steady progress across the board.

A bridge exploit hit The Sandbox recently.
Hijacked permissions minted unbacked SAND across two chains, and exchanges froze transfers while the team worked out what was actually backed.
Pact never mints a wrapped token. Nothing to mint unbacked, on any chain.
