Brašno prosejte i sa ostalim sastojcima pomesajte u plastičnoj posudi.
Kad se sjedini pokrijte krpom i posle 30 minuta mokrim rukama uhvatite testo za sredinu, podignite ga i vratite na isto mesto.
Ponovite jos 2 puta na svakih 30 minuta i onda pustite testo da stoji 5 sati, pokriveno.
Ubacite zemljanu posudu sa poklopcem u rernu i pecite na 230c, 30 minuta.
Izručite testo na kukuruzno brašno i oblikujte ga po zelji.
Posudu izvaditi iz rerne i testo lagano ubaciti umutra.
Peći poklopljeno na 230c 25 min pa skinuti poklopac i peći jos 20 minuta..

"London (England) - Calcutta (India) - London (England)"
This bus service from London to Calcutta (Kolkata) is considered to have been the longest bus route in the world.
The service, which was started in 1957 and operated by Albert Travel, was routed to India continuing after the UK, to Belgium, through Europe via (then) Yugoslavia, Türkiye, Iran, Afghanistan and West Pakistan. After entering India, it eventually reached Calcutta via New Delhi, Agra, Allahabad (Prayagraj) and Banaras (Varanasi). This route became known as the 'Hippie Route'.
It took about 50 days for the bus to reach Calcutta from London. The voyage was 32669 km long and was in service until 1976. By then the cost of the trip was £145, including food, travel and accommodation.
The bus was equipped with reading facilities, separate sleeping bunks for everyone, and fan-operated heaters. There was a kitchen with all equipment and amenities. There was a forward observation lounge on the upper deck of the later version of the bus.
The bus provided radio and a music system for parties. It had time to spend at major tourist destinations along the way, including Banaras and the Taj Mahal on the banks of the Ganges. Shopping breaks were organised in Salzburg, Vienna, Istanbul, Kabul and Tehran.

In the Christmas of 1954, Bill Marriot Sr (the founder of Marriot Hotels) invited President Eisenhower to his family farm in Virginia for quail hunting...
The then 22-year-old Bill Marriot Jr. learned one of the most important lessons of his life during this visit.
He's a billionaire and now in his 90's. He's still the executive chairman of Marriott International and always shares this story whenever he gets the chance.
What did he learn?
President Eisenhower loved hunting quail, so his friend Bill Marriot Snr had his farm stocked with the birds.
Unfortunately, on the day of the hunt, it snowed heavily, it was windy and the temperature was quite cold.
Inside the living room, while they were around the fireplace trying to decide whether or not to head out into the cold for the hunt...
Eisenhower, a 5-star General, President of the United States, Supreme Allied Commander during WWII, you know...the boss of bosses... turned to the 22-year-old Marriot Jr. and asked, "What do you think we should do?"
Mind you, he could have asked his father, he could have asked his cabinet member who was there, he could have asked his security or he could have decided by himself and lorded his decision over everyone.
He didn't do that...
Instead, the most powerful man in the world asked the most junior person in the room, who also happened to have the lowest officer rank in the Navy (he was on Christmas leave at the time).
Stunned and gobsmacked, he managed to mumble out the words, "Let's stay in".
And they did just that...
Now 91 years old, Bill Marriot Jr. still considers "What do you think?" to be the four most important words in leadership.
During WWII, Eisenhower had to deal with individuals with some of the biggest egos in the universe: Churchill, Patton, Monty, De Gaulle, Stalin, Omar Bradley, etc.
This story gives us a glimpse of how he was able to get along with all of them.
Lesson: This story is really about listening, one of the most important qualities of a good leader.
Good leaders take input from their subordinates and let them participate in making the decisions that affect them.
As a leader, whether in your home, organization or peer group, your primary role shouldn't be that of "Commander", instead you should be more of a "Chief-Listening-Officer".
It's easier to lead and influence people when they also contribute to the decision-making process.

But whenever men can be persuaded rather than ordered - when they can be made to feel that they have participated in developing the plan - they approach their tasks with understanding and enthusiasm."
