I'm still banned, and I'm losing money currently due to this situation.
My ROBLOX account, (Crysoviak) was linked to an account named Ch***, eventually over the days I found individuals that share the same ban with me, that also got banned on the same exact day & time, being linked to the same account.
ROBLOX states that this clears out individuals who do severe rule breaking, but how come many people including me got caught in the crossfire from AI?
I am an active developer that made an income over GFXs and my assets, and It was paused, and still is for nearly 3 weeks now. I'm really hoping someone can process my case further.
Furthermore, The violations & appeals page won't work for me, as it states "an unexpected error has occurred." Which basically means, to this day, I am still not able to appeal through ROBLOX's preferred appeal system.
Whenever I try and manually appeal using the support site, they tell me to use the broken violations & appeals page. There isn't anything possible that I can do to get myself unbanned.
The AI customer support has tried It's best to help me, and even then it won't successfully do it.
If you're a Staff member on ROBLOX, please reach out in my DMs or send my case, there is nothing I can do and this platform is a way to support my rent.

Imagine spending years on a platform, making friends, building things, and so much more, just to lose access because @Roblox says your account is linked to another account.
No proper explanation, 0 way to appeal it, just a deadend

My account 'lionnoobpro' was permanently banned while it was hacked. The hacker even changed my email to an unknown address starting with [L]. I proved ownership by recovering the original email and resetting my password WITH your support team. @Roblox @davidbaszucki #Roblox

day 238 of being falsely TERMINATED by roblox after they empowered AI to wipe out any account from their platform
this morning, i saw some tweets in which people got unbanned, which gives me hope. unfortunately, i am not one of those who are unbanned, as you can see.
@Roblox please come to your senses and unban those who got terminated by your ai system, which needs some crucial improvements. im awfully upset that i am missing out on the hollow event and making new clothing for my group and players

I will speak about my case again, as it has now been 18 days since my account was banned.
On October 12, my account "Azti_x" was unfairly banned after being linked to an account that does not belong to me. Just 11 days before that, I had purchased Headless, and I had consistently spent money on my account.
I repeatedly explained that the account was not mine and that I had no connection to it. Despite this, Roblox decided to keep my ban in place.
I now have evidence that I am not the only person who was incorrectly linked to that same account, yet they refuse to review the new information I am providing.
Today, 18 days later, my appeals are still being rejected with automated responses. It is frustrating to see that @Roblox does not even seem willing to listen to us. Moderators refuse to review my evidence, claiming that my case has already been reviewed, even though I am now submitting new evidence.
The days keep passing, and I see absolutely no improvement in my situation. My account remains banned, and I am still waiting for a fair review of my case. @DavidBaszucki #RobloxBan

(Quick update) I've denied a few timesand ive submitted some more appeals left I believe I have 9 days left before they refuse to help me anymore,
I really hope these ones work I also have a ticket I've been waiting days for a reply on genuinely praying they just give me my account back

Day 20 since my ban. During the time I investigated my ban, I found someone who used to have the same user, (my ban is the first one) same time and same reason. But we were on two different countries. After a couple of days, their linked user got changed to something different…
Here is the individual that shares the SAME exact ban as me, being banned due to being linked to the same account I was on the same day, time, and year!
They're in South America, a WHOLE different continent than me.
Show them support, and to the others that are dealing with this, don't give up.!
