Damn, I'm really going to miss seeing Fenyo's art. He's one of the best Dragon Ball artists I've known and has been one of my idols and inspirations for a long while. I can only hope he's able to have the peace of mind he deserves

Renowned Dragon Ball artist Fenyo has deleted almost all of his artworks and privated his twitter account. Reason is possibly revealed in his blog: He believes chasing impressions pushes people more towards extreme posts. You know AI was able to make that animation by taking a real style created by REAL PEOPLE who put in the REAL creativity and effort. Or are you too dumb to realise that? Plenty of animation studios have managed well enough & succeeded without the use of generative AI for YEARS.

I've seen people quote this guy, saying his work is AI blah bla If you didn't pay close attention, you probably wouldn't even know that's how clean the video is... People keep trashing him in the quotes and cs, but why can't you call yourself an artist just because you use AI? There's still creativity, effort, and a vision behind what you're creating Ai is a tool, and how you use it matters too!!
