Agee and Harris have prior felony convictions involving robbery and firearms offenses. Now, Brian “B” Agee and Frank “Fatboy” Rayvone Harris face federal charges alongside Arnise Lecresha Young, Antonique Whitaker, and Christian Shedetta Atkinson in an alleged firearms trafficking network moving dozens of guns from North Carolina into D.C. and beyond.
Young and Whitaker hold D.C. Special Police Officer licenses. Anyone entrusted with protecting the public must be held accountable when they allegedly help arm criminals.

Is it a crime to reply to the automated political text messages with malware?
There is no way to determine if they are from a scammer or legitimate organization. There is no legal action that can be taken, from what I can tell, because you cannot identify your assailant.
I feel like replying with malware, in this scenario is the equivalent to shooting your masked mugger.

Even more alarming is that the requirements in question were originally drafted in an effort to ban handguns, which were mysteriously absent from the final legislation.
Incredibly alarming that DOJ has declared it will not appeal the ruling that struck down the nearly 100-yr-old requirements for silencers, short-barreled rifles, and “sawed-off” shotguns.
