Sad to see a studio get shuttered, but it's a balance between acknowledging that this is a result of a Saudi buyout and the fact that the last game that could be called good without qualifiers came out 14 years ago.
Playing the new modern warfare game on recommendation from SA and I didn't think you were allowed make shooters with this kind of action anymore.
You can tell that they went from Michael Bay to John Wick but damn it's like the original series.
Using AI to do most of your remaster efficiently so that you can pull it from stores faster

ALT We’re aware that Total War: Shogun 2 – Complete Edition has fallen short of both your expectations and our own standards. We’ve seen your feedback, comments, and reviews. We agree that the current experience is not where it needs to be. As a result we are working with platform holders to temporarily remove the game from sale and to reinstate the original game while we investigate the issues. Existing owners will still be able to access and play the game. We are working closely with our development partner to identify the causes of these problems, deliver improvements, and ensure Shogun 2 – Complete Edition meets the quality standards players expect from Total War. Shout out to my kindergartener who we thought was blowing off soccer practice of dribbling around a box of cones when in reality he was doing the whole field (which is a rectangle) and simply assuming every other child was doing it wrong.
I am extremely down for fixing the Weight to make it more manageable but the rest of this is very weak. The game really was not that hard previously, and making combat a lot more effective is the wrong way to go. The game has a chapter about *why* you shouldn't be killing things!
Silent Hill Townfall has received a new patch which makes The Weight stealth sections less frustrating, nerfs enemy melee combat and makes the final puzzle easier to understand.

I played a bit with some written genai stuff on a locally hosted system early on and my conclusions were basically
1. It's a game of lowering your standards to suit the output.
2. It takes 1% of the work of actually making the thing but that is still 1% too much for most.
You either are looking for something being spoonfed to you, which means the AI is too demanding, or you're someone who actually wants to make something and end up realizing that it's far easier to just write it yourself the way you want it.
This is such a crazy idea, why don't people just do what I did with a low GPA in college: get a job making just above minimum wage at an OSHA violation factory lab through a connection with the department head because its clear that you're about one step from jumping off the roof
