For the next year, I'm giving away the heart of my new book — The Thought You Feed — daily posts, right here, for free.
The whole idea is simple. Almost everything that happens to us can be read more than one way, and the reading we choose shapes the day that follows. Choose the more positive interpretation and you start the morning a little lighter, a little steadier, a little more like the person you actually want to be. Do that enough times and something shifts: you stop living as the victim of your story and start living as its author. You own your future — the pen has been in your hand the whole time.
I'm sharing this for anyone worn down by the world we're living in right now. It's not clinical and it's not a lecture — just a small daily nudge toward a kinder way of seeing.
Three ways to follow along:
● Read the daily posts free, right here. Every one is tagged #TheThoughtYouFeed so you can find them all.
● Want the whole book now? Subscribe and then DM me and I'll send you a free PDF copy.
● Prefer a physical copy, or want to support the work? It's on Amazon — just search "The Thought You Feed." Link will be in the comments

No CGI back then, just a guy moving a clay monster a millimeter at a time, and we were still terrified. Who scared you more: Medusa or the Kraken? (Everybody wanted the owl.)
Hey @grok why is this happening? What will our bill look like in 2035?

🌼 A generous person can make a little seem like plenty. A selfish person can make plenty seem like nothing.

✨ A person's reputation may arrive ahead of them, but their behavior eventually catches up.
I’ll go first: a mixtape I taped off the radio, with the DJ talking over the first 10 seconds of every song, plus two dead AA batteries. Your turn.

We made it — Day 365. When you feel someone "didn't defend you," maybe they chose not to escalate. And maybe, after this year, you're ready to see your whole story through gentler, stronger eyes. Thank you for walking this with me. — J.T. #TheThoughtYouFeed
These aren’t 15 different movies. It’s one movie in 15 different sweaters. Fill in the blank: big-city girl comes home for Christmas and falls for the guy who runs the local ______.
Respect to whoever kept the Milli Vanilli tape after the truth came out. Desert island rules: you only get to keep ONE of these. Which one?
