Smoked chile verde - one of the best batches I've made.
@DadsSeasonings brisket rub on the pork, pulled at 170 and cubed - I didn't want it to pull/shred - then stewed in the verde sauce for 2 hours. *PERFECT* . Super tender and spicy with the habaneros.
