The pedestrian/cycle bridge at Summer Lane in Exeter has opened today and is already being enjoyed by walkers and cyclists. The new structure connects to Exhibition Fields and Bettysmead Playing Fields, and links the first 2km of Devon County Council’s E4 cycle route. @CycleDevon
