A most welcome statement in a welcome news announcement! This message needs to be consistent across all agencies charged with regulation of transport.
Kids need more than hi-vis vests to get to school safely.
They need proper infrastructure to make walking, cycling and scooting a practical choice for families.
We invite schools to apply for the Safe Route to School programme with a 2021 fund of €15m
